Other questions that you may have...

Can anyone be hypnotised?

No.  Not everyone can be hypnotised although most can if they are willing and the environment is conducive.  We only use suggestive techniques which means if the client isn't willing to be hypnotised then it probably won't happen!  Some people are more readily hypnotisable than others so the process and depth of trance can be different from one person to the next.

How many sessions will I need?

This is dependent on several factors, however, Hypnotherapy is generally considered to be a fairly short term therapeutic approach.  This means that if Hypnotherapy is likely to have a positive outcome, then this will become apparent within a relatively few sessions.

Who may benefit from Hypnotherapy?

As Hypnotherapy utilises tools to access an individual's inner resources, then the answer to this question would be virtually everyone!

Will I lose control?

Clients remain in total control through the sessions.  They are conscious of their surroundings, can talk or can get up and walk about (and would react to a fire alarm!).  Clinical Hypnotherapy is a different process than stage hypnosis 'acts'.
