Fears & Phobias

It is encouraging to know that you can overcome fears and phobias through utilising Hypnotherapy tools and techniques.  More than 10% of people will experience a phobia at some time in their lives; from flying, heights, spiders, open spaces, cotton wool the list is endless.  However, for the sufferer, it can feel like a very lonely condition that is only relevant to them alone.


The good news is that Hypnotherapy can provide an extremely effective release of these fears and phobias and the associated emotions that come with it.  Hypnotherapy for fears and phobias works by detaching the stimulus (trigger) from the emotional response (fear) and "updating" the brain with a new, more realistic response.


The number of sessions will depend on each individual and the strength of their fear or phobia, however on average, positive results can be achieved within 2 or 3 sessions.
